Engineering Services
Also other than manufacturing activities, RAYA has
proved its influence in Engineering and Construction
field by strength of experienced engineers, experts,
scholar researchers and utilization of full equipments
and instruments in many EPC projects and or on a Turnkey
basis.
The Engineering and Construction department works in 4
followings fields on a
Turn Key basis and as
specialized:

Installation of Industries
Equipments
3.
Protection, Automation & Control System
4.
Construction & Civil
These services are done by two separate companies which
do themselves duties independently and as specialized so
that they (Engineering design & Construction and
Execution Units) are two powerful hands of the
department. The department’s units are one of reputed
organizations which offer these types of services to
many big contractor companies for local and
international projects.
Turnkey Projects
RAYA can complete projects on a
turnkey basis, in which case takes full responsibility
for ensuring that all steps are completed in accordance
with plans and specifications. Generally, a typical
turnkey project includes five major steps (as
followings) which each one of them is managed,
scheduled, and organized by RAYA’s professional experts:

Analytical studies, engineering design, and installation
documentation, including drawings, specifications and
bills of material
•
Procurement of major equipments such as transformers and
cable by assistance of Trading Dept.
•
Construction, including site preparation, erection of
steel structures, and equipments installation
•
Acceptance and in-service testing of all equipments
•
Commissioning, including all steps necessary to transfer
the equipment to you, such as appropriate documentation,
final test reports, and project as-built drawings.
